Shipping & Returns
The WildBranch Ministry ships most orders via USPS and you may select your choise of shipping rates when checking out. Sometimes the shipping amount to our overseas friends is not correctly calculated even though we are tied in directly to the USPS website for the latest prices. When this happens, we will refund you the overpayment. I don't know how else to fix this problem. The USA, Mexico and Canada seem fairly accurate, but I will be perusing those as well. Our intention is to not make one penny from the shipping prices we have to charge.
Occasionally we inadvertently produce a bad disc, CD or DVD. When this happens, please let us know and we will be most happy to replace it at absolutely no cost to you. We guarantee our discs 100% Just email me, Carol, to let me know which disc it is and please include your shipping address for me. Also, you may call us at the telephone number listed below our address. PLEASE, do not return the bad disc unless I request it. Thanks.
If you are not completely satisfied with your CD, DVD or book purchases, simply return it to us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your shipment, for a full refund for any reason.(Shipping fees are not included, we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error),

Your return will be processed within 48 hours or as soon as is possible (we may be in Israel or the Feasts or something!). The merchandise total amount and taxes (if applicable, as in UT residents only) will be credited to your credit card within two billing cycles, but most likely sooner.
